Shipping policy
Canada & International Shipping
We delivery items withing and outside of Canada. For deliveries within Canada, we use different services such as FedEx, and Canada Post. The shipping cost are calculated automatically by each carrier and are final. In case of incorrect or incomplete address details, any additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
International customers are responsible for any additional duty or taxes.
Free Shipping ($250 or more)
Get free shipping when you spend $250 or more before tax on select items. Not applicable on overweight items.
Tracking Orders
Once an order has shipped the customer will receive an email with a Tracking Number for the shipment(s).
Failed Deliveries
Please be aware if an item fails to be delivered to you after several failed delivery attempts, the courier will return the package back to us at our expense. In case of this, we will attempt to contact you and make arrangements to deliver the package again. Any additional charges due to re-shipping will be the responsibility of the customer
Order Processing Time
We always try our best to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business day unless otherwise communicated.
